  • Designed the analytics and shaped the UI for Sutherland’s real-time customer Engagement platform “Engage”.  This included the specification and prototyping of a customer 360 view, a product recommendation engine and a Next Best Action model.

  • Defined a program of analytics for the RM Results division, then delivered a pilot using machine learning to determine what makes a good examiner, how to improve examiner performance and how to recruit better examiners in future.
  • Created a market segmentation for the RM Education division, and showed them how to use it to understand their customers better and use this knowledge to target against their real needs.
